Team Kit 2010 Order Form: We order our team clothing through Champion Systems. If you would like to make an order please fill out the order form and email it back to us at activeknow@gmail.com when we have the minimum requirements we will compile an order and email you with further details. Some items require minimum orders (eg socks minimum 50) this does not mean YOU need to meet minimum requirements, it means I must accumulate everyone's orders into one. Once order forms have been confirmed 50% of payment will be due up front. Thank you. Any questions please email or call.
